Το νέο album των Liars έρχεται αρκετά νωρίτερα, στις 28 Αυγούστου και από τη Mute. Τίτλος του album είναι το όνομα του συγκροτήματος και όχι μια χωρίς εμφανές νόημα φράση αυτη τη φορά, ενώ τα πρωτα tracks που έχουν ανεβάσει στο myspace τους δείχνουν ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον και ποικίλο ήχο. Το tracklist του "Liars" και το video του "Plaster Casts Of Everything" μέσα από αυτό (κάπου μέσα στον όλο χαμό μπορεί να διακρίνετε και την Karen Ο των Yeah Yeah Yeahs:
