Νέο άλμπoυμ από τους Residents!

Σύμφωνα με το συγκρότημα, οι Residents ταξίδεψαν ως τη Τρανσυλβανία
μετά από πρόσκληση ενός νεαρού fan τους που είχε φτιάξει ένα
"state-of-the-art" studio και είχε το τρελλό όνειρο να δοκιμαστεί από
το αγαπημένο του συγκρότημα. Οταν έφτασαν, επηρρεάστηκαν τόσο από τον
τόπο και τις ιστοριες του, που αποφασισαν να ηχογραφήσουν ολόκληρο
άλμπουμ με θέμα ένα βαμπίρ, όχι όμως τύπου Bela Lugosi...To βαμπίρ των
Residents δεν πίνει αίμα, αλλά τρέφεται με απελπισμένες καρδιές και
χρησιμοποιει τα ρομαντικά αισθήματα των άλλων ως πηγή δύναμης. Πρόκεται
για κάποιον που είχε την άποψη ότι όποιος τον αγαπούσε έπεφτε τόσο
χαμηλά που δεν άξιζε ανταπόδοση!!!

Στο "Tweedles" συμμετέχει και
η συμφωνική ορχήστρα ταινιών του Βουκουρεστίου, ενω το αποτέλεσμα
περιγράφεται ως λιγότερο μελωδικό από το προηγούμενό τους album "animal
lover", με πολλά νέα στοιχεία και τεχνικές που αντανακλούν τη χαοτική και αξέχαστη
εμπειρία τους.
