Oι αιτίες του θανάτου του είναι για την ώρα αδιευκρίνηστες και η αστυνομία της Μελβούρνης, όπου κατοικούσε ο Αυστραλός μουσικός, δεν έχει ακόμα βγάλει συμπεράσματα. RIP.
